The location was fantastic, just a stroll from the main area. The room was spacious and clean. Assisting us with local recommendations. A perfect choice for a relaxing getaway!

The room we booked was stylish and modest with the single beds in the living area as well as WiFi. Central location of this ideal central hotel was a bonus. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Very comfy bed in the apartment, plus a balcony and good heating...

The location was decent, but my room was definetly tired and the carpet needed a good vacuum, not to mention the thin walls-who wants to listen to a car parked right outside? I expected a complimentary gesture to make up for this, but alas, my requests fell on deaf ears. Just couldn't leave a good review, sorry.

Parking directly outside can be hit or miss!!! A $100 charge for dirty dishes is a tad excessive!!! Cleaning expectations might be too much to ask from guests!!!

Early check-in was a bonus, but I struggled with parking due to tight space.

Proximity to the town centre, it was low key and not pompous! Friendly and helpful owners/managers, good shower facilities, nice and warm, good parking right outside the units, quiet (some noise from above unit but nothing offensive or unacceptable), nice outlook, clean.
Nothing major but, the drying room needed to be warmed earlier to ensure boots were dry for the following day.

We had a lovely stay where we enjoyed early check-in and a free ride back after unpacking our heavy bags. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and the BBQ facilities made for a great evening cookout. Just a heads up, parking might be a bit tricky right outside your room, but there's plenty around. 😊

Very comfortable, nice and warm (winter stay) easy check in/out. Close to main centre restaurants etc.
Only limited Sky channels.

The property was old and dated, whilst there was onsite parking it was quite small and not very easy to park larger cars ( four wheel drives). I felt compared to other properties that we had stayed at over our two week holiday that at $250 NZD for the night that it was not good value for money.
